ORDERING  

Are your candles ready-made?

Most of our products are on a pre-order basis, unless stated as ready-made/if you visit our physical stockists. Our standard pre-order lead time is approximately 1-2 weeks. Do note that this is just a rough estimate, please do give it some buffer especially if you're gifting them! 

Are the flowers flammable?

Yes they are, hence would always advice to light it up carefully. Although it should not catch a huge (and prolong) fire/burning, you can always choose to remove the floral decorations once the wax has melted that portion of the candle for safety! 

How are the flowers chosen?

All our florals are thematic and placed at random (hence every candle you receive is unique that way, one-of-a-kind!)

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Our soy wax products are made with 100% soy wax and high grade fragrance oils/pure essential oil. The ingredients we use are cruelty free and we do not test our products on animals. 

Where are your products made? 

Every individual product is hand-made with love and shipped from our little humble home studio in Singapore run by one - our Founder, Jeanne. 


DELIVERY  

How will my candles be packed?

In efforts of going green, we use plastic-free packaging for the individual items. Each of them will be carefully wrapped in kraft/other paper products, sealed with paper tape. Hence, you may choose recycle them after! 

They will then be safely hand-packed in cardboard boxes while its in transit to you. 

Can I self-collect my orders instead? 

Our self-collection option is currently disabled as we are working on something exciting! You may follow us on Instagram to stay updated on this exciting update coming your way. 

Can my order be sent as a gift?

Definitely! You may click on 'Is it a gift?' to include a message note and we would handwrite them nicely on a card on your behalf. 

Alternatively, if you would like to have it pack nicely in a gift box, you may add that option separately to your cart before checking out.

Do you delivery internationally?

Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within Singapore. 

Who are the courier partners? Are they trackable?

We mostly deliver via Lalamove and now also, Ninja Van. From Feb 2021 onwards, you will receive an email notification once your item departs from our studio. All orders can usually be expected within 2-3 working days.

All orders are trackable. You will receive a dispatch notification with the tracking details. 

To ensure a smoother delivery experience, please ensure that you key in all necessary details during checkout. Should you not be home on the day of delivery, our delivery guys will leave the parcel safe on your property (ie. riser, cabinets). You are highly recommended to respond to the delivery call or message to receive/keep them safely. 

I have not received my parcel even after a week, what shall I do?

We are so sorry for that experience. Please drop us an email at at23co@gmail.com or an Instagram Message (@at23co) and we will get to you soonest to help sort out the issue. 

I have received my parcel but not all orders are in, what shall I do?

Do check in for any message note left in the parcel or an email notification from us. Occasionally we may dispatch partial orders if some other items are experiencing a delay in production (remaining courier charges will be on us! We are just really excited to have you receive your orders as soon as possible) 

I need my orders by tomorrow, is that possible? 

Do visit our physical stockists to get your candles as all online orders will be processed with the standard production lead time. 

CORPORATE / EVENT ORDERS   

Would like to order for a bulk corporate/wedding event, how do I go about doing that?

Thank you for thinking of us! We would love to hear more details about the event. Please email us at at23co@gmail.com with some simple event details such as the date of event, quantity required and we will get in touch with you soonest! 

Do note that for corporate/event orders, depending on the order size, a minimum of one (1) month lead time is required.

Can I become a stockist?

We would love to hear more about your store! Do note that we are only accepting request if you are a brick and mortar store. Drop us an email with the email header 'Becoming a stockist x (your store name)' and we would get back to you soonest!
